We believe in freedom

We scream freedom of speech!
Until we are silenced.
Hands cover our mouths
With eyes tightly shut.

We worship the holy father
yet ignore his word.
Shunning our brotheres and sisters.
Preaching hate around the world.

We ask for the truth,
while calling "Fake News!"
Which logic to believe?
Our honesty is bruised,

We strike for our freedoms
as we set our own cause ablaze.
Making us the villian
While people feel afraid

We demand to see change!
Signing an invisible sheet
Hiding behind a screen,
within firing range.
